Domestic Shipping (Within India)
   •    Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
   •    Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 10 business days, depending on your location.
   •    Shipping Charges:
   •    Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹10000.
   •    A flat fee of ₹250 applies to orders below ₹5,000.


International Shipping
   •    Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing.
   •    Shipping Time: International delivery typically takes 15 business days, depending on the destination.
   •    Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
   •    Customs duties or taxes (if any) are to be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delays & Exceptions

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

At Lumière Studio, every piece is handcrafted with utmost care, designed to be cherished. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—while ensuring fairness and respect for the craftsmanship involved.

Eligibility for Exchange
   •    We accept exchanges only for size-related issues or manufacturing defects.
   •    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
   •    Requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items
   •    Custom-made, altered, or made-to-measure pieces.
   •    Accessories and jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
   •    Sale or discounted items.

How to Request an Exchange
   1.    Email us at [your email address] or WhatsApp us at [your number] within 24 hours of delivery.
   2.    Include your order number, reason for exchange, and unboxing video/images (in case of damage or defect).
   3.    Once approved, our team will coordinate the pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs for size exchanges are borne by the customer.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless the product is irreparably damaged or unavailable for replacement. In such rare cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 - 14 business days
